provides you with peace of mind, knowing your systems are being
maintained by the experts. |

iTeam use a combination of remote support and planned on-site
visits. during these visits we will manage and maintain your
systems, support your users and discuss ways of upgrading and
improving your systems – just like having your very own IT
department at your office. |

| we will arrange the visits weekly,
monthly, quarterly – to suit your requirements and budget –
and in the meantime we’ll monitor your server from our
offices. |
|
| in the event of an emergency, we’ll
connect to rectify the problem remotely if possible at no
additional charge. If that’s not possible, we’ll arrange to
sort the problem in person, on-site, quickly. |
