“Our previous IT provider wasn’t really up to scratch and our systems needed a complete overhaul, so we called in iTeam Solutions.

Our backups weren’t working properly, servers crashing and going offline so we were losing information. As a financial services firm we are completely dependent on access to client data and accounts so at the time it was very stressful. iTeam took control of the situation and came on site numerous times, assisting with shutdown and rebooting procedures, and providing guidance on how to manage the situation.

The big concern for us was the prospect of extended downtime, not being able to send or receive emails and log onto our systems or the internet. We serve hundreds of contractors, so it would have caused major access problems, not being able to record timesheets or manage payroll.

If anything goes wrong, from software to hardware, they are literally the first people to contact. If it can’t be resolve there and then, they come into the office and if need be they’ll take equipment off-site to fix it.

As accountants we are very reliant on their knowledge. They are very approachable and friendly, explaining things in lay terms so it’s easy to understand. iTeam have always met everything we’ve asked of them and have assisted us by providing the right systems and software for the job.
