“A poor experience with another IT firm about a year ago meant our PCs were not set up properly. iTeam Solutions was recommended by Business Link and they came in and picked up the pieces for us, getting everything sorted out quickly and efficiently.

Since then we’ve continued with a monthly support contract. The team visits periodically to check our systems and we can call them anytime for general IT support. They are usually able to resolve any problems remotely and quickly get us back working again. They are fantastic, really responsive and very helpful.

In addition to the day-to-day support, iTeam also put in a new Small Business Server for us which went very smoothly and has been very beneficial for the business. We were able to run a new database on it for example which wasn’t previously possible.

We’re not IT experts and haven’t got time to manage the technical side of things ourselves. We aren’t big enough to employ a full or part-time IT person either, so that’s why we outsource – we get easy access to high quality support, and valuable peace of mind, enabling us to get on with our work delivering language courses without worrying about our computer systems.

iTeam is always quick to come back to us too. For example, I wanted a new laptop last week so I put in a request on Friday, received a proposal on Saturday and they are going to install it for me this week.
