iTeam provides on-going support and regular maintenance visits – not huge challenges but things we definitely can’t do ourselves that need to be sorted out straight away. We have IT systems for our database, loan management and accounts, and direct debit originator software, which all have to operate properly and in conjunction for us to be able to check payments are by the right person at the right time. We rely on iTeam to make it all work harmoniously and we always turn to them if we are facing a problem, rather than to the individual manuals.

Naturally we have to comply with a lot of legislation regarding confidential data, and need systems to produce loan documents and data on demand. iTeam give us the confidence to go about our daily business knowing that systems are fit for purpose and secure. They take care of our backup system send us a daily prompt so it never gets forgotten.

The support team are extremely conscientious and very approachable, and we have a personal working relationship with a number of people there.

We are currently updating our website and Neil at iTeam has suggested a number of good ideas and angles. It’s not just a functional relationship but a creative one.
